So we have no not received responses to support tickets in about 6 months. We keep enquiring about making changes to our account but hear nothing back. Just hoping posting in here will get a response...

I support this entirely. Infinitie Support has been disgraceful. They had been billing me for months without me using their services, and they would not reply to support tickets so this could be stopped.

Sort it out Infinitie.
